5. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST), unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• Payment must be made at the time of placing the order via the available payment gateways (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).

6. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship to most locations within India.
• Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays due to logistics partners or force majeure events are beyond our control.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

• Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before the item has been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, please contact us immediately at marketing@blushbaby.in.
• After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted. After the product is dispatched, the order falls under our "No Return" policy outlined below.

General Policy: No Returns

We operate on a strict No Return Policy. Once an order is placed and delivered, we do not accept returns for a refund under any circumstances (including change of mind).

Eligibility for Exchange

We only offer replacements or exchanges in the following specific scenarios:

• Damaged Item: The product received was physically damaged during transit.
• Incorrect Item: The product delivered is different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong size, color, or model).

Mandatory Requirements for Exchange

To ensure fairness and authenticity, we require strict evidence to process any exchange claim.

The "Unboxing Video" Rule:

• Mandatory: You must provide an unboxing video of the package. The video must clearly show the package being opened for the first time and immediately display the damage or the incorrect item.
• Disclaimer: Exchange requests will not be entertained without a clear, uncut unboxing video.

Additional Evidence:

• Along with the video, you must attach 3-4 clear photographs showing the product received and highlighting the specific issue (damage or wrong item).

How to Request an Exchange

If your order meets the criteria above, please follow these steps:

1. Notify Us: You must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date.
2. Email Us: Send your request to marketing@blushbaby.in.
3. Include Details: Your email must include your Order ID, the mandatory unboxing video, and the required 3-4 images.

Once we receive your email, our team will review the evidence. If the claim is validated, we will initiate the exchange process for the affected item.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images (including the "Blushbaby" logo and product photos), audio clips, and software, is the property of Blushbaby or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Post or transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing on the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Site’s systems or interfere with its functionality.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blushbaby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
