Refund and Cancellation Policy

At BlushBaby, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. Please review our strict cancellation and exchange policies below before placing an order.

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while ensuring our logistics run smoothly.

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before the item has been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, please contact us immediately at marketing@blushbaby.in with your Order ID.
  • After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted. After the product is dispatched, the order automatically falls under our "No Return" policy outlined below.

2. General Policy: No Returns

We operate on a strict No Return Policy.

Once an order is placed and delivered, we do not accept returns for a refund under any circumstances. This includes requests based on a "change of mind" or personal preference.

3. Eligibility for Exchange

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to delivering the right product in perfect condition. We offer replacements or exchanges only in the following specific scenarios:

  • Damaged Item: The product received was physically damaged during transit.
  • Incorrect Item: The product delivered is different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong size, color, or model).

Condition of the Item:
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. It must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. If the item is found to be used or tampered with during our quality check, the exchange request will be rejected.

4. Mandatory Requirements for Exchange

To ensure fairness and authenticity, we require strict evidence to process any exchange claim.

A. The "Unboxing Video" Rule (Mandatory)

You must provide an unboxing video of the package to be eligible for an exchange.

  • Requirement: The video must clearly show the package being opened for the first time and immediately display the damage or the incorrect item.
  • Disclaimer: Exchange requests will not be entertained without a clear, uncut unboxing video.

B. Additional Evidence

Along with the video, you must attach 3-4 clear photographs showing the product received and highlighting the specific issue (damage or wrong item).

5. How to Request an Exchange

If your order meets the criteria above, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify Us You must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date.
  2. Email Us Send your request to marketing@blushbaby.in.
  3. Include Details Your email must include your Order ID, the mandatory unboxing video, and the required 3-4 images.

6. Reverse Pickup & Shipping

Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at no extra cost to you.

Note: If our courier partner does not service your specific pincode for reverse pickup, we may request you to self-ship the item via a reliable courier. In such cases, we will reimburse the standard shipping charges to you.

7. Exchange Processing Timeline

  • Pickup: We usually arrange pickup within 2-3 business days of approval.
  • Quality Check: Once the item reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check (usually 24-48 hours).
  • Dispatch: After the item passes the quality check, the replacement product will be dispatched immediately.

8. Important Disclaimers

Unavailable Stock

In the rare event that the replacement product is out of stock and we cannot provide an exchange, we will process a full refund to your original mode of payment.

Product Appearance

Please note that there may be a slight variation in color or finish due to lighting conditions during photography or your screen settings. Minor color variations are not considered "Incorrect Items" and are not eligible for exchange.
