🛑 Your Order Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your order within 14 days without stating a reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after you or a third party (not the carrier) receives the Goods.

📦 Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for return, please ensure:

  • The Goods were purchased within the last 14 days
  • The Goods are in their original packaging

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene, unsealed post-delivery
  • Perishable items or those with expired dates
  • Items inseparably mixed with others after delivery

We may decline returns that do not meet these conditions. Sale items are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by law.

🎁 Gifts

If the Goods were a gift sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return. If the gift giver had the order sent to themselves, we’ll send the refund to them.
