What You Must Provide
Unboxing Video (Mandatory)
A clear, continuous video showing the sealed package being opened for the first time. This video must clearly capture the condition of the outer packaging and the contents inside.
Please note: If this video is not provided, we will not be able to process an exchange.
Photographs (3 to 4 images)
- Clear images of the product showing the issue (damage/defect)
- Photo of the outer package with the shipping label visible
- Any additional images that help clearly show the condition in which the product was received
