We deliver to over 19,000 pin codes across India. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days in metro cities, 4–6 in tier 2 and 3 cities and 5–8 in remote areas. We send a tracking link by email and SMS once your order ships.
How much is shipping, and is cash on delivery available?
Shipping is free on prepaid orders from ₹499, and a flat ₹100 below that. Cash on delivery is available with no extra charge.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We’ll make it right. Email support@blushbaby.in within 7 days of delivery with your order ID, an uncut unboxing video and 3–4 clear photos. Once our team confirms it, we arrange an exchange for the affected item. We don’t accept returns for change of mind. See our exchange policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn’t been dispatched. Email support@blushbaby.in with your order ID as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can’t be cancelled.
